Functional assessment of the movement with the aim of establishing asymmetry in the range and quality of motion in "HAOK Mladost" volleyball players

Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi asimetrije u opsegu i kvaliteti pokreta na uzorku od 19 ispitanika, odbojkaša „HAOK Mladost“. Korišteno je 5 od 7 FMS testova koji pokazuju bilateralnost. Rezultati na lijevoj i desnoj strani tijela uspoređeni su s Wilcoxon Singed rank testom te se pritom statistički značajna razlika pokazala u jednom testu: iskorak na preponi (IP). Uzrok dobivene asimetrije u spomenutom testu mogla bi biti tehnika doskoka odbojkaša nakon ofenzivnih i defenzivnih skokova.The main goal of this master thesis is to determine the asymmetry in range and quality of movement on 19 respondents, mens volleyball team „HAOK Mladost“. We used 5 from 7 test which can indicate asymmetry. The results on left and right sides of the body are compared with Wilcoxon singed rank test and statistican difference was shown in one test: hurdle step (HS). The cause of asymmetry in the test could be technique of landing after offensive and defensivne jumps
